Tory Burch, an American lifestyle brand that includes ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, accessories, watches, home, and beauty products, relocated some of their NYC offices to Newport Office Center in Jersey City, NJ, and chose Henegan to be their General Contractor to fit out their fresh, new offices. The project entailed building two full floors of interior fit-out, including offices and conference rooms, an interconnecting staircase, double pantries and a kitchen, a photo studio, and a new mechanical room. This project was subject to the requirements of NJ EDA Jersey City Incentive Program and was completed in April of 2018.
